Amalina Mardiyah Aman is of Cocos Island descendant’s age 31yrs was born and raised in Port Hedland Western Australia and eventually moved to Sydney. Amalina has one brother and a beautiful daughter. Her mother and grandmother have inspired her to pursue her dreams in becoming a fashion designer.

Amalina started to pursue her career in 2004 after finishing at Whitehouse and FBI fashion school
Amalina is the first Australian Muslim designer to be invited to showcase her designs internationally. Her first presentation was in 2011 where she was invited to showcased at the Islamic fashion festival Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, then to New York City, which was part of New York fashion week, London and Jakarta just to name a few. Amalina has also achieved success nationally in and around Australia with showcasing and co-ordinating fashion shows.
Amalina gathers her influences from bohemian and gypsy styles of the 1960s to 1970s era which she considers a way to connect oneself to culture, nature and the feminine side. She wants every individual that wears her creations feel the exclusivity of the design.
Amalina only uses the finest quality material like chiffon, lace, jersey and lycra depending on the seasons and all her designs are proudly made in Australia.
Her creativity of the latest trends in fashion transforms them into modest creations which the modern women can identify with.
With her niche in the market establish the demand to design menswear & children wear has begun.
Amalina has been dubbed “the bohemian gypsy hippie girl" by her proud international clientele.
